ARTIST'S STATEMENT
"Narrative and drama are two of the most important elements of my work. I try to convey a story, sometimes being told in one piece and sometimes over the span of a few pieces. The works are fragments of my life. Experiences I have had, what I have felt, and things that I simply have thought were beautiful are what my work represents. I use organic patterns and shapes along with lush colors and the flowing movement of brush strokes to accentuate the beautiful, yet sometimes eerie subjects of my work".
